Make a paste of the all the green ingredients, with some lime juice.
Marinate the chicken with the above paste, salt, pepper , ginger garlic paste and cornflour. Then add the grated cheese as well.. let it sit for at least 2-3 hrs.
Now insert skewers through the marinated chicken pieces, brush them with little ghee/oil and bake or roast them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, at 200℃. Serve them with pudina chutney.
